چکیده
RESULTS: The decision tree shows the associated QALYs, costs and probabilities used to calculate the ICUR of $3,699/QALY with gain of 2.7 QALYs at an additional cost of $9,987 proving that LVOS is cost-effective. One-way sensitivity analysis showed that LVOS became cost-ineffective when its clinical effectiveness had a QALY of less than 30.187. Probabilistic sensitivity analysis using Monte-Carlo simulation showed that even with varying multiple variables at once, results tended to favor our conclusion.

Abstract 60. Exparel versus the On-Q Pump: A Head to Head Comparison in Breast Reconstruction
RESULTS: Systematic Literature Review: Literature review yielded 18 papers with 222 patients who underwent single-staged reconstruction and 16 papers with 114 patients who underwent delayed reconstruction. Six included both single and delayed reconstruction. Since 2005, our institution performed thirteen AV loops, four as single-stage and nine as two-stage, for free flap reconstruction. AV loop...
متن کاملThe clinical Outcome of One-stage High Tibial Osteotomy and Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction. A Current Concept Systematic and Comprehensive Review
Background: Patients with an anterior cruciate ligament-deficient varus-angulated knee may need not only an isolated high tibial osteotomy (HTO), but also an additional anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). A number of prospective clinical trials have been published considering the combination of HTO and ACL reconstruction. Our aim was to investigate whether one-stage combined HTO...
متن کاملThe experience use of drug-coated & non drug-coated balloons in arteriovenous fistula at a six months period: brief report
Background: The ineffectiveness of hemodialysis fistulas causes high costs and increases mortality and morbidity rates. The efficacy of drug-coated balloon and nondrug-coated balloon in dysfunctional arteriovenous Fistula was evaluated over six month period. Methods: In this randomized clinical trial, a total of a total of 50 hemodialysis patients who referred to Imam Reza Hospital in Kermansh...
متن کاملSingle-Stage Reconstruction of a Devastating Antebrachial Injury With Brachial Artery, Median Nerve, and Soft Tissue Deficit: A Case Report and Review of the Literature
OBJECTIVE We present a case of a 31-year-old man who fell through a skylight sustaining a deep laceration injury to his dominant arm. A single-stage radial artery flow-through free flap and cabled sural nerve graft for reconstruction of a complex antebrachial defect involving skin, soft tissue, muscle, brachial artery, and median nerve was performed. A technical description of the case and revi...
متن کاملShort to Mid-term Outcomes of Single-stage Reconstruction of Multiligament Knee Injury
Background: Multiligament knee injury (MLKI) is a complex orthopedic injury leading to the tear of at least two ofthe major knee ligaments. However, there is no consensus on the optimal management of this debilitating condition.Regarding this, the present study was performed to evaluate the outcomes of single-stage multiligament reconstructionsurgery in patients with MLKI.<br ...
